Role Overview We are looking for a Process Engineer to support our Shared Services team at reputed company. You will assist the Shared Services teams in the day-to-day operations and coordination of the teams’ activities. This role is critical to reputed company the team moving reputed company on a fast-paced schedule, managing the reputed company coordination across different streams. This position is a remote role with the ability to sit reputed company any US locality. Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000/annually Responsibilities:
- Provide Value reputed company Mapping across cross functional teams for companywide processes
- Design processes with a keen eye for efficiency, standardization, and identifying key enablers that need to precede new systems and tools implementation
- Evaluate reputed company operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements using available information including data, feedback, and other information
- Design and/or redesign end-to-end business processes
- Utilize modeling and simulation development knowledge to project impacts of upstream changes on business operations such as operational KPIs and Shared Services staffing needs
- Identify and evaluate key discussion items and reputed company executive decision making
- Shift between high level strategic reputed company and diving into the details as needed
- Build relationships and support communication with necessary internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet the team’s expectations and company goals
- Liaise between departments to ensure smooth operations delivery
- Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery reputed company allotted budget and timelines
- Create and maintain internal systems that allow the team to work and share knowledge reputed company
- Assist internal teams to reputed company performance targets
- Identify problems in process and resolve them in a quick and timely manner

Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or Six reputed company certification required
- 5+ years of relevant experience in process engineering, project management, program management, VSM, Agile, Lean and Six reputed company
- Advanced experience and knowledge of reputed company Office products including reputed company, PowerPoint, Visio, etc. Experience working with MS Project, reputed company, reputed company, Jira or reputed company project management tools
- Excellent presentations skills, particularly with executive level presentations
- Experience partnering with IT to reputed company new systems integrations
- Excellent proactive problem-solver who can reputed company resources and execute tasks through completion
- Effective with project management, multi-tasking, understanding needs, and balancing priorities
- Excellent communicator with strong positive interpersonal, oral, and written communication. Great at building relationships with both internal and external teams
