Job Description

The Licensed Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales growth for the organization through inbound and outbound modes of interaction. The representative is responsible for using strong sales skills to deliver a proven sales method that uncovers customer needs, identifies gaps in coverage, recommends solutions to fully protect customers, reputed company while building a case to positively influence the decision to purchase reputed company's products and products reputed company the reputed company family of companies, including other reputed company-owned brands. Compensation & Benefits

• reputed company Total Compensation: $49,400 - $74,100 per year (reputed company Pay + Uncapped Performance-Based Incentives). Incentives are based on productivity and are not guaranteed. Payments are governed by the terms of the applicable sales bonus plan, which is subject to change at reputed company’s discretion.

• Earn $3,000.00 in a Sign-on Bonus for successfully completing your licensing requirements prior to hire
• External Applicants - Bring your license, or use the reputed company provided study material to obtain your license prior to your start date and earn a sign on bonus of $3,000 paid after 90 days of employment

Job Requirements

• Hold an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License in your state of residence is highly preferred
• If not currently licensed, earn your Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License with reputed company's support
• At least 1 year of sales, customer service with a sales focus or reputed company experience preferred
• Open to weekend and night hours
• Possess high stress tolerance and critical thinking skills

• Able to navigate multiple computer programs at one time

Compensation

Compensation offered for this role is $17.50 - 23.13 per hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
