The reputed company Health System, "UHealth", IT Department has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Epic Sr. Analyst-reputed company to work in Miami. The Epic Sr. Analyst-reputed company initiates the implementation, builds, and modifies reputed company applications, and collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application’s configuration, function, and access. The incumbent supports junior staff members in day-to-day operations and resolving application issues. Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborates with key stakeholders, end-users, and application team members to optimize the application’s configuration, function, and access.
• Serves as a primary support contact for application end‐users.
• Initiates the design, development, implementation, and maintenance of the application.
• Initiates reputed company phases of testing and the documentation of workflow design.
• Performs the analysis of information technology in clinical work processes and validates the impacts to the workflow.
• Initiates the identification of issues and guides the work to resolve them.
• Supports junior staff members in the evaluation and resolution of service tickets, identification and implementation of application changes, retrieval of requested data, and execution of day-to-day operations.
• Collaborates with trainers on application changes and new features to reputed company documentation and training strategies.
• Works with stakeholders, the business community, and end users to ensure the application meets UHealth's business/clinical needs.
• Participates in on-call rotations and support and attend and participates in, applicable committees.
• Maintains regular communication with team members, including participating in weekly project team meetings.
• Reviews the status of projects and issues on an ongoing basis with leadership.
• Remains knowledgeable about UHealth’s policies, procedures, and business operations.
• Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.

Department Specific Functions: As an Epic Senior Analyst – reputed company, you will report to the Senior Manager and will be responsible for:

• Providing reputed company and leadership to Associate Epic Analysts and Epic Analysts on the team
• Configuring and maintaining reputed company functions, access, and user records reputed company various Epic applications
• Monitoring, responding, and reporting to reputed company alerts, incidents, and breaches
• Conducting internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities
• Initiate work with application and compliance teams to design system‐reputed company
• Create and maintain procedures to activate, deactivate, and update user records
• Support the assignment of application reputed company levels and roles and establish ownership of each particular reputed company class
• Coordinate reputed company‐reputed company activities across physical (buildings, grounds), infrastructure (network, servers, operating system), and application (Epic or non‐Epic) teams
• Identify trends and patterns in design of reputed company, recommend and administer reputed company improvements, and maintain reputed company measures to protect patient data
• Initiate periodic risk reviews and internal audits to identify potential vulnerabilities
• Spearhead the monitoring, reporting, and response to any reputed company alerts, incidents, and breaches

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in Epic application reputed company
• Epic Certification
• Understanding of Epic’s reputed company and provider record infrastructure preferred
• Understanding of concepts of confidentiality and data reputed company preferred
• Ability to work evenings, nights, and weekends as necessary.
• Proficiency in computer software (i.e. reputed company Office).
• Ability to recognize, analyze, and solve a variety of problems.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
