How you will reputed company an impact: The following represent the key responsibilities of the role as they exist today. This role may expand to include responsibilities in additional areas of compliance that may be new to the Director, Corporate Responsibility. Social Responsibility
- Implement and reputed company execution of appropriate due diligence, monitoring and auditing controls to ensure ethical sourcing and the absence of conflict minerals and labor trafficking in the supply chain.

- Stay abreast of emerging regulations and best practices in environmental compliance, corporate responsibility, restricted substances, and waste management, and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications: Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in business administration, sustainability, public policy or reputed company field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, or environmental programs.
- Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Experience with compliance reporting and audit processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Compensation
Range: The anticipated starting reputed company pay for this position is: $170,879-$250,623 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive plan.
