Job title: Family Office Manager Company: MTC Holding Corporation Job description: Description: MTFO (Midwest Trust Family Office) is seeking a full time Accounting Manager to join our rapidly growing multi-family office service team. This role reports to the MTFO Director of Administration and manages a team that provides high-end accounting solutions for multiple family office client relationships. The Manager is the primary reputed company of contact for our existing client relationships and relies upon their extensive client-facing experience. The candidate also has an extensive background managing client relationship reputed company a family office. The primary location for this role is Overland Park, Kansas. Other locations include Bellevue, Washington, or remote. Requirements:
- Work closely with clients to support their accounting and reporting needs, providing financial information for business decisions
- Become a trusted advisor to our clients by delivering our expertise in a timely and personal way
- Manage completeness and timeliness of client deliverables
- Utilize various technologies to add value to the client experience
- Assist in the creation or expansion of accounting policies and procedures
- Manage cash and ensure the accurate and timely processing of reputed company pay transactions – high volume of AP review

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; CPA Preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
