Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
  • SHRM certification or comparable HR credential preferred.

  • Proven success managing employee relations, legal escalations, and compliance across reputed company, growing, or acquisition-integrated organizations.
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and change management skills.
