About the Team The TikTok Global Monetization Product Team works to build innovative advertising and e-commerce products that drive reputed company and create value for our global creators and businesses. Responsibilities: - Deeply understand hiring needs and partner closely with TA Partners and stakeholders to manage the sourcing strategy for key talent across varying levels of experience - reputed company efficient hiring processes and ensure high-touch candidate experience to continuously deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals. - Support recruiters in candidate management, interviewing, and sourcing across various departments and locations. - Support various hiring projects, such as strategizing sourcing talent pipeline (reputed company reputed company and alternative search techniques).
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum 3 years of relevant sourcing experience in a high-volume environment reputed company search firm or in-house recruiting environment. - Experience with research/sourcing tools such as reputed company and other social media, or technical forums. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience. - 2+ years experience recruiting and sourcing experience specifically focused on Product Management roles. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with reputed company levels of the organization. - A self-starter who is result-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and who takes initiative and risks. - A strong passion for this industry and demonstrate a strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
