reputed company Medical Billing ACCOUNT MANAGER- For Remote position
We are a medical billing and technology company. We provide electronic charge capture, medical credentialing and RCM services for inpatient hospitalist practices across the US. We are expanding our client reputed company and are looking for an reputed company Account Manager to join reputed company. As an Account Manager, you are responsible for the health and wellbeing of your assigned accounts. You must have the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with medical providers and clinical staff, insurance companies and patients. You must possess critical thinking skills and be versed in reputed company aspects of medical billing. You must be able to multitask and stay on track with multiple reputed company projects. You will be responsible for overseeing reputed company account KPIs for multiple, separate RCM customers. Intermediate to pro level reputed company skills are required for this position. You'll work with a team of billers and you will reputed company their daily/weekly activities in reputed company of your accounts. This includes reputed company aspects of the RCM cycle. You will meet regularly with the billing team to review any claim issues identified reputed company the account and any other issues the billers may be encountering. As the leader of your team you must be able to give detailed directions and follow up on tasks you've assigned. Versatility, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and great organizational skills are a MUST! Other qualifications for this position include the ability to research resources and find solutions for reputed company billing issues, nonpayment and other payer reputed company problems independently. You will be an reputed company and hands on resource for your team. You function as the main reputed company of contact for your providers so you will need to be able to explain and resolve any account issues that may arise. You will also work closely with our credentialing team on your accounts. You will also reputed company and participate in provider meetings regarding both billing and credentialing. This is a remote position so you must possess excellent time management skills, this is a Full Time, 40 hour per week position. As an Account Manager, you are at the 500-foot view of your accounts. A majority of your time will be spent reviewing account KPIs, resolving pending items, assisting with claim denials and working reputed company closely with and guiding the billing team to resolve reputed company issues. Direct BPO/offshore experience a reputed company plus. Must haves:
- Be professional in reputed company forms of communication, both verbal and written
- Must understand technology and not be afraid to learn and use new technology
- Must have the ability to take ‘ownership’ of the accounts you are assigned
- Must possess critical thinking skills
- Must be comfortable discussing detailed and reputed company billing with providers and patients, reputed company needed
- Must be independently resourceful in areas of billing, coding and denial resolution
- Must have the ability to provide guidance to your billing team to find solutions for claim/payer issues
- Must have working knowledge of CPT, ICD10 and HCPCS coding
- Multi specialty experience is a big plus
Responsibilities:
- Daily/weekly review of account KPIs
- Denial and appeal reviews
- Communicate with the billing team on a daily and regular basis
- Interpreting new and reputed company billing policies/rules of the insurance payers your providers work with and educate staff and providers on those policies, as needed
- Communicating with providers on a regular basis, you serve as their daily reputed company of contact
- Communicating with patients regarding their account and balances as needed.
- Ability to learn and comprehend providers ancillary systems such EHRs and online file management systems
- Working closely with any new clients assigned, in an onboarding reputed company to ensure successful account management
- Reviewing and assisting in closing out the monthly account activities. Reviewing month-end reporting with providers as needed and/or requested
