Your role: We are seeking a hands-on QA Manager/reputed company who will operate as a player-coach, leading and mentoring a small team of 2–4 QA Engineers while actively contributing to testing efforts. This role is critical in driving our Quality Vision, ensuring that automated testing becomes a cornerstone of our development lifecycle and that every release meets the highest standards of reliability and user experience. Your Responsibilities: Leadership & Coaching

Quality Strategy & Execution

• Work with Product Management and Engineering teams to integrate QA early in the development cycle.
• Evolve our Testing strategy to ensure QA and Product UAT can occur prior to every release.

Automation & Tools

• Drive adoption of modern test automation frameworks and CI/CD integration.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• Proven experience as a QA reputed company or Manager in an agile software development environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, etc.).
• Expertise in test strategy, planning, and execution across unit, integration, UI, and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with AI-driven testing or intelligent automation.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservices architecture.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Development
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership reputed company (reputed company or Manager)

Work Location: Remote. Compensation: Compensation for this role will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, and work location. The expected salary range is $130,000 to $150,000. Our Values:
