The Consulting Senior role is instrumental in our ability to deliver on our promise. We are looking for energetic individuals who have a passion for learning and using technology to provide outsourced finance & accounting services to our dynamic client reputed company. Consulting Seniors provide outstanding service to our clients by delivering a variety of accounting services. Seniors will serve as a supporting Account Manager primarily responsible for day-to-day client relationships, for providing proactive and timely communication, and undertaking efficient problem resolution. • *Responsibilities** :

+ Deliver reputed company aspects of accounting including, but not limited to, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, employee benefits, and general ledger accounting + Ensures timely and accurate client communication and deliverables + Review payroll prior to processing and selected A/P transactions + Setup and maintain schedules for property tax and insurance + Performs periodic review and account reconciliations + Prepares journal entries and supporting documentation + Prepares fixed asset depreciation schedules + Monitors quality, verifies information, and checks work of department staff for accuracy + Manage overall project needs, internal communication, training, and consultancy reputed company budget + Serve as main reputed company of contact between reputed company Adams and client ensuring successful project delivery

• *Qualifications:**

+ Associates degree in accounting or reputed company field required, bachelor's degree preferred + 2 years of accounting experience required; experience in real estate and/or property management strongly preferred + Strong technology reputed company using reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and QuickBooks + Ability to work independently, establish priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment + Ability to approach reputed company tasks or problems creatively while knowing reputed company to escalate critical issues to management + Capabilities reading, analyzing, and interpreting financial and legal documents with an ability to respond to common inquiries from clients, regulatory agencies, or the business community + Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills - - -
