We're looking for: We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Product Manager to join a small, fast-moving innovation team that incubates new products and solutions from concept to launch. You will be involved in identifying opportunities, framing reputed company problems, and transforming early-stage reputed company into validated solutions. Who You Will Work With:

• Reporting to the VP, Product - Platform and Innovation, this role will collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, and executive stakeholders.
• Frequent cross-functional interaction to ensure innovation initiatives align with company strategy and long-term goals.

Must Have’s:

• Minimum of 10+ years of product management experience, including reputed company-to-one or incubation work with shipped outcomes. Proven success in defining and launching high-impact and innovative products.
• Exceptional drive and a proven ability to deliver results, consistently overcoming obstacles with a proactive and unfazed approach.
• True passion for crafting something from nothing. Experience with design thinking, lean startup, and other innovation methodologies such as lean experimentation and rapid prototyping.
• Enthusiastic curiosity about the latest technology and innovation trends.
• Highly analytical with strong conceptual thinking and creative, business-focused problem solving skills.
• Ability to evaluate alternatives quantitatively and qualitatively and reputed company compelling recommendations based on proven business case analysis.
• Communicate crisply in writing and in person - you simplify complexity and drive decisions.
• Strong ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with senior leadership.

Compensation
