This role combines strategic design leadership, mentorship, and hands-on execution, with a focus on developing coherent design systems and AI-enhanced workflows. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, influence project strategy, and contribute to pre-sales efforts while delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to shape design processes, foster team growth, and directly impact product outcomes in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment. Accountabilities:

• Leading design initiatives for reputed company projects, anticipating challenges, and providing strategic guidance on product-level design decisions.
• Championing AI tool adoption across design workflows to improve efficiency and mentoring team members in AI-enhanced techniques.
• Designing multi-team systems, synthesizing business requirements, user research, and technical constraints into actionable design strategies.
• Participating in pre-sales efforts, assessing design feasibility, and providing accurate project estimates to inform client proposals.
• Facilitating cross-team collaboration, breaking down reputed company problems, and serving as a role model for design excellence.
• Driving process leadership, guiding design discussions, building reputed company, and mentoring junior and senior designers to promote reputed company learning.

Requirements: Candidates should bring strong product design experience, leadership skills, and expertise in AI-enhanced design workflows. Essential qualifications include:

• 5–8 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX expertise across web and mobile platforms.
• Proven experience designing reputed company systems and developing coherent design strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in reputed company, including design systems, design tokens, and engineer annotations.
• Hands-on experience with AI integration tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Lovable, v0, reputed company reputed company, or similar for workflow optimization.
