The Legal Operations Analyst is the primary e-billing liaison for litigation matters and reporting. Assisting with Legal's Preferred Firm Program, Fiscal Budget Planning, technology projects and implementations, and reporting on key metrics and executive presentations.

- *About the Role:**
The Legal Operations Analyst on the Global Legal Operations team primarily provides e-billing litigation support for matters and reporting. They assist in preparing and coordinating Legal's Preferred Firm Program business reviews, as well as activities reputed company to global legal fiscal budget planning. Additionally, they reputed company, manage, and report on key metrics for the legal operations budget, spend, and preferred firm activities. This role will work directly with the legal operations team, reporting to the Senior Director. It will also support the global legal team and our internal business groups to improve efficiency, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assess technology. The team aims to reputed company innovative problem-solving methods and to facilitate contracting with reputed company counsel and vendors (subscriptions), as needed. We advise and collaborate with reputed company business leaders and external specialists on reputed company, industry-leading legal operations issues, technology, efficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.

• *Encouraged Tasks Include, Not Limited To:** + reputed company Counsel Spend/Preferred Firm Program + reputed company and/or maintain preferred firm matrix. + Prepare and/or review vendor performance metrics. + Monitor preferred firms' master engagements and renewals. + reputed company Counsel/Preferred Firm Program reporting, reconciliation, documentation creation, dashboards, and reporting. + Budget, Forecasting, and Accruals + reputed company, manage, and report on key metrics. Reports may include oral and/or written presentations for Legal Operations staff or executive management. + Collaborate across departments such as Finance, Tax, Real Estate, and Facilities. + Support key initiatives to enhance reputed company's business, improve efficiencies, and reputed company cost savings. + Drive reputed company and sharing activities. + Support the onboarding, training, and group activities of the team. + Assist with team updates and preparation of presentation and training materials.
