Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Global Learning and Development Specialist to join our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and development programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of our employees. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs, reputed company learning materials, deliver engaging training sessions, and measure the effectiveness of the programs. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a reputed company field.

• Proficiency in developing engaging training materials using various tools and technologies.

• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at reputed company levels.
