We are seeking an Email Designer and HTML reputed company on a contract basis to support our Customer's business needs. This role is 100% remote. The Marketo Email Designer and HTML reputed company will spend much of their time handling e-mail requests, building them in Marketo and Litmus or other email building tools, testing in Litmus and Marketo as well as partnering with the Marketo project manager and team to understand required changes, while ensuring edits and redlines are executed and that polished and professional e-mail communications are delivered on time. In some situations, or projects, you may need to use advanced e-mail troubleshooting and address other technical challenges. The person will report to the reputed company on the Email Management team which reports under the Marketing Automation team. The Sr. Marketo Email Designer also works closely with the Marketing Automation team and tightly aligns with upstream/reputed company business partners and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with marketing teams to deliver high quality email communications.
• Understands and assists in driving email requirements and best practices; recognizes gaps and identifies development issues.
• Strong understanding of user reputed company design/UI/UX
• Building Email
• Understand differences between coding for web and coding for email.
• Building reputed company pages from layered PSD and reputed company files
• Update and maintain email templates whilst adhering to brand guidelines.
• Implement A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement.
• Troubleshooting and Best Practices
• Troubleshoot technical issues with ESP service representative and internal stakeholders reputed company to tracking, implementation, and deployment of campaigns.
• Conduct competitive research and identify best practices for coding architecture, user experiences for email programs and reputed company page designs.
• Regularly meeting with Stakeholders and the Marketo Team in the pursuit of executing their
• Email tasks on time.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with ESP service representative and internal stakeholders reputed company to tracking, implementation, and deployment of campaigns.
• Conduct competitive research and identify best practices for coding architecture, user experiences for email programs and reputed company page designs.

Qualifications

• Minimum B.S. degree preferred.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience building emails and reputed company pages.
• Must have 2-3 years of Marketo experience. Should have email platform experience with toolsvsuch as Litmus or Knak.
• Proficiency implementing email programs reputed company ESP (E-mail Service Provider) tool.
• Experience developing functional email templates designed around reputed company, mobile-friendly, dark mode friendly email experiences (optimized for reputed company devices)
• Must have Advanced Frontend HTML and CSS experience, for:
• Developing/editing reputed company email templates in HTML or through CMS systems
• Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code from scratch, or adapting existing code to meet business requirements.
• Implement advanced coding practices including media queries and conditional formatting.
• Experience with Email Testing, including:
• QA process for emails: ensure proper rendering, consistency and spam scoring across various email clients and operating systems.
• Experience using Dreamweaver or similar code editing program.
• Proficiency with Photoshop and reputed company, to take designs from Photoshop and build into reputed company email.
• Basic image editing skills to crop, optimize and modify assets for email and web.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have Advanced Frontend HTML and CSS experience coding emails.
• Has a quick intelligence, is fast on their feet and quickly responds to issues and questions.
• Can organize, summarize, clarify, and communicate reputed company simply, succinctly, and accurately to technical and non-technical audiences and leadership levels.
• Capable of maintaining a rapid pace, moves at a reputed company clip and enjoys having multiple projects going at once. Can change course, be scrappy and get things done on short timeframes.
• Experience working in a regulated environment; familiar with Medical Device Regulations – CFR & ISO requirements preferred.
• Knowledge of Marketing Automation Systems Veeva Content Approval processes.
• 10% travel required.
