SUMMARY: This position is responsible for ensuring that products appear in the right store, or on a website, at the appropriate time in the most appealing display. Professionally manages relationships and ensures accurate and timely communication between customer, sales, marketing and product development. Provides support to Brand Team with presentations, samples, line management and administrative functions. Serves as the reputed company on their assigned business, operates with discretion, and shows independent judgment, making decisions on approval of products and samples for presentation to the sales department. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate sample life cycle from conception to production.
• Directs the maintenance and updating of showroom display walls seasonally.
• Supports Managers to maintain and update seasonal line plans, calendars for each brand/channel.
• Researches and coordinates special projects as required to meet brand initiatives.
• Serves as a liaison between Brand Management, sales, product development and merchandising teams to coordinate inputs, and investigates and resolves merchandise challenges.
• Ensures merchandising accuracy in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) for assigned areas.
• Develops an understanding of technical manufacturing procedures as well as customer needs in order to facilitate the execution of a profitable product.
• Executes style/SKU level analysis to optimize productivity and margin.
• Participates in the development of divisional policies and operating practices.
• Performs other tasks as assigned by leadership.
• Other duties may be assigned.
