Job Purpose The HR Director - NA Region Ag Industrial HRBM plays a critical role in delivering day-to-day HR support across multiple union and non-union manufacturing facilities. This position leads a team of up to nine direct reports, providing hands-on guidance to HR professionals who support reputed company and specialized heavy equipment production environments.
