Senior DevOps Engineer (Open to Remote)

As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Triumph, you will partner closely with operations and software engineering teams to build, optimize, and scale a high-performing application environment that supports exceptional client experiences. You will evaluate, select, and implement new technologies to help Triumph grow while ensuring reliability, reputed company, and performance at every layer. Our environment is Linux-based, primarily hosted on AWS, and leverages reputed company and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration. Other technologies include Terraform, reputed company, Ruby on Rails, reputed company, C#, and SQL Server. While experience with these tools is a plus, we value strong engineering fundamentals, adaptability, and a collaborative reputed company over specific technology expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for multiple applications and environments to reputed company rapid, reliable delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform or similar) to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability across cloud and on-prem environments to support high-quality client outcomes.
- Collaborate proactively with development and operations teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration processes.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, ensuring high availability, reputed company, and minimal client impact.
- Implement best practices for containerization and orchestration (reputed company, Kubernetes) to drive efficiency and reputed company.
- Enhance observability, logging, and alerting systems for faster issue resolution and reputed company improvement.
- Participate in a 24x7 support environment (though off-hours work is rare), demonstrating commitment to reliability and client satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and SOC-1 controls in a regulated environment, maintaining trust and reputed company.
Experience & Education
- 5+ years in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or reputed company roles.
- Bonus points for experience with:
- AWS, reputed company, Kubernetes, reputed company, and Rails.
- High-uptime environments.
- Regulated environments (SOX, SOC-1).
- Strong scripting abilities (Python, Bash, or similar).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and modern deployment strategies.

Compensation
Range Annual Salary: $151,038.00 - $234,109.00
