Sr Manager, Process Improvement

Position Summary The Specialty Process Improvement Senior Manager will reputed company and support process and performance improvement projects reputed company the Specialty Pharmacy. The manager will conduct deep business process reviews of reputed company end and back end pharmacy operations to improve efficiency, quality, customer experience, and financial performance. The senior manager will help define and implement our process improvement program from the ground up, including educating others across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute strategic process improvement projects using lean six reputed company tools and methodologies
• Educate and mentor colleagues on process improvement tools and methodologies
• reputed company and present effective presentations to a diverse population of individuals across Specialty with varying responsibilities, educational backgrounds, and interests to facilitate and drive improvement
• Identify process improvement opportunities and deliver solutions in collaboration with business partners targeting an improved customer experience, operational efficiencies, cost avoidance, and reputed company and EBIT growth
• Facilitate onsite sessions to deep dive into various areas of opportunity with cross-functional teams (travel required periodically)

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of robust experience with process improvement efforts
• Expertise in process improvement tools and methodologies (Six reputed company, DMAIC, Kaizen, Process Mapping, Process Capability Analysis, Hypothesis Testing, etc)
• Experience advancing organizational process maturity through design for six reputed company and/or other methodologies such as CMMI
• Proven experience leading operational improvement efforts, including project management
• Ability to process and synthesize quantitative and qualitative data to derive actionable solutions
• Advanced data analysis skills, including the ability to wrangle and analyze large structured and reputed company datasets
• Demonstrated facilitation skills
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, including aptitude for writing, fact gathering, and analysis
• Ability to meet deadlines and satisfy customers with multiple conflicting priorities
• Ability to effectively interact one-on-one with reputed company levels of management
• Prior experience leading and developing cross-functional teams
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment to solve challenging issues and identify opportunities for improvement
• Demonstrate flexibility to support rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities to meet changing business requirements; conveys strong sense of urgency to drive issues to closure

Preferred Qualifications

• 10-15 years of reputed company experience
• Lean Six reputed company Black Belt or Master Black Belt reputed company a Training and Certification Program
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field (business, industrial engineering, logistics)
• Experience in performance measurement and process improvement in call center, customer service, customer experience, reputed company-end pharmacy, back-end pharmacy, transportation, and/or logistics.
• Experience in the mail and/or specialty pharmacy space, particularly reputed company end and/or backend dispensing operations

Education Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent Experience Required. Master's Degree Preferred. Pay Range The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $75,400.00 - $165,954.00 This pay range represents the reputed company hourly reputed company or reputed company annual full-time salary for reputed company positions in the job grade reputed company which this position falls. The actual reputed company salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a reputed company bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the reputed company pay range listed above.
