Position Overview: The Personal Lines Internal Sales & Retention Specialist is responsible for renewing and expanding client relationships reputed company the Personal Lines department. This role focuses on retention, cross-selling, and managing internal sales opportunities to support growth and client satisfaction. Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, fully remote position that supports our clients’ activities in our Jacksonville, Florida office. Professional Responsibilities:

  • Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional personal lines coverages and reputed company sales with existing clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Licensing: Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License required.
  • Experience: 3–5 years in customer service, account management, or insurance sales, specifically in Personal Lines.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Florida’s personal insurance market and core coverages (e.g., home, auto, umbrella).
  • Systems Proficiency: Skilled in CRM platforms, agency management systems, and reputed company Office Suite.
  • Client Service: Strong relationship-building and client communication skills.

Compensation range: A starting reputed company salary in the $45,000 to $55,000 range, depending on the candidate's experience. This position is also eligible for additional incentive compensation that is performance based.

The salary analysis considers relevant experience, education, certifications, and seniority as compared to others doing substantially similar work.
