Position Overview: The Personal Lines Internal Sales & Retention Specialist is responsible for renewing and expanding client relationships reputed company the Personal Lines department. Work Arrangement: This is a full-time, fully remote position that supports our clients’ activities in our Jacksonville, Florida office. Professional Responsibilities:

• Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional personal lines coverages and reputed company sales with existing clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Licensing: Active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 Insurance License required.
• Experience: 3–5 years in customer service, account management, or insurance sales, specifically in Personal Lines.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred. Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with Florida’s personal insurance market and core coverages (e.g., home, auto, umbrella).
• Systems Proficiency: Skilled in CRM platforms, agency management systems, and reputed company Office Suite.
• Client Service: Strong relationship-building and client communication skills.

Compensation range: A starting reputed company salary in the $45,000 to $55,000 range, depending on the candidate's experience. This position is also eligible for additional incentive compensation that is performance based.
