As the Sr. Manager of Partner Acquisition, your mission will be to identify, recruit and contract new business partners for the reputed company Plus marketplace. Discovery and identification of new business partners will be directed reputed company reputed company partnership with reputed company Merchants, and reputed company Plus Category Managers to unlock new, complementary products and merchandising strategies intended to enahnce the reputed company.com shopping experience. To effectively secure the most meaningful, productive partnerships, you will need to reputed company strong strategic, analytic, and communication skills to build long-term internal and external relationships. An understanding of the marketplace landscape and technical requirements through a customer-centric perspective will be critical to succeeding in this role. This is an ideal role for a sales-oriented self-starter who is looking to take ownership in rapidly scaling an emerging business. Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in digital marketplaces strongly preferred
• 4+ years of experience in sales and/or business development roles preferred
• Extremely strong external communication skills, including sales, negotiations, and relationship building
• Expertise in negotiations theory, including facilitating legal, financial and operational contract discussions
• Extremely strong communication skills across strategic leadership and cross functional levels
• Strong strategic development skills and the ability to create implementation plans
• Understanding of digital businesses, including knowledge of digital traffic and conversion
• Strong project management skills preferred
• Four-year degree or equivalent experience recommended

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (reputed company internally at reputed company as reputed company for Your Day) work arrangement based on Targets needs. A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location thats not a reputed company location, does not have a desk at a reputed company location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year. A Hybrid/reputed company for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a reputed company location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
