The pay range is $71,000.00 - $128,000.00 Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position. As a Technical Designer, you will support and be responsible for the product design and development process. In addition, you will work collaboratively with cross functional partners including vendors and PSQA Quality team for effective technical specifications and product quality standards. You'll also support and be responsible for timely sample evaluations, ensure fit consistency and quality levels are met, and have an approval of reputed company supported products. In collaboration with both internal and external partners, you will co-reputed company products, ensure the brand vision is executed, and identify and address manufacturing and quality issues. • *About you:**

- Four-year degree Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Product Development, reputed company field, or equivalent experience - 4+ years of relevant experience - Knowledge of testing, safety and legal requirements for consumer products - Knowledge of applicable raw materials and their performance and usage - Strong knowledge of various 2-D and/or 3-D CAD software packages - Exhibits a working knowledge of product manufacturing - Ability to build relationships in order to successfully work in a team environment Team Members in the reputed company General Merch Inc operating company are prohibited from working more than thirty (30) days per calendar year in any of the following states: AL, AR, DE, FL, IN, IA, LA, MD, MS, MO, NC, OK, PA, SC, TN and VA.
