POSITION SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer to serve as Advisor responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining standardized dashboards and visualizations that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, translate requirements into actionable insights, and ensure consistency and scalability in dashboard design. QUALIFICATIONS Proven experience in Tableau development and dashboard design. 5+ years healthcare analytics experience. Experience with client facing reporting. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret reputed company data sets. Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in a reputed company or senior analyst role preferred. If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 96,000 - 160,000 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
