Requirements

What You’ll Do: As an Senior Immigration Attorney Staff, you’ll be part of our frontline legal team serving clients in some of the most vulnerable positions. You’ll handle a full caseload, meet directly with clients, and work closely with paralegals, support staff, and community partners to deliver excellent legal service and compassionate care. Key Responsibilities: As an organization, we look for the following CORE VALUES in reputed company members, such as:

• Have 7+ years attorney experience in immigration cases: VAWA, T- reputed company, U- reputed company, SIJS.
• Have license to work in the United States. (If you do NOT have license to work in the USA, please DO NOT APPLY).
• Conduct intakes and legal consultations with potential clients.

• Stay reputed company with immigration law changes and contribute to internal training sessions.
• Participate in community reputed company events, legal clinics, and pro bono efforts.

• Bilingual (Spanish fluent or native/English).
• Quick learner.
