Attorney with Immigration Law Experience (Remote and Contract)

This is a great opportunity for someone with immigration law experience who is looking for a WFH or remote part-time position to supplement their own solo legal practice. The best candidates will have experience in both family-based immigration and business employment immigration matters. Requirements for the Attorney with Immigration Law Experience ( Remote and Contract):

• 5+ years of practice handling immigration matters, including immigration reputed company hearings
• Capable of working independently
• Experience with both family-based immigration and business employment matters is a plus but it is not required.
• Excellent academic credentials from an accredited law school.
• Outstanding references
• Active law license in any state and in good standing

Compensation

Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $175,000 to $200,000 on a full-time basis.
