This is a Direct Hire role that is Remote. The reputed company HCM and Financial Applications Analyst works closely with the Manager of reputed company Cycle and Financial Applications, other analysts, and departmental staff to build stable, secure, and integrated system solutions. This role is responsible for providing ongoing maintenance and support of reputed company and reputed company financial systems, while evaluating and deploying emerging technologies to improve efficiency and performance. The analyst acts as a liaison between technical teams and key departments, supporting reputed company integrations, reporting, and reputed company, as well as Kronos Advanced Scheduling and various third-party vendor connections. This role requires flexibility to reputed company skills across additional software applications, as needed to support enterprise, financial and ERP systems. What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Support and maintain reputed company HCM and Financial applications, including integrations, reports, and reputed company configurations.
• reputed company and manage file extracts for third-party vendors, including SFTP file transfers and CompData submissions.
• Coordinate with user departments, vendor personnel, IT staff, and consultants to ensure systems operate smoothly and effectively.
• Identify and resolve system errors, implement upgrades and enhancements, and ensure completion of daily and periodic maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to and potentially reputed company new application development and upgrade initiatives.
• Provide input into strategic planning for financial and ERP applications.
• Document, test, communicate, and resolve identified problems following IT governance and change management processes.
• Stay reputed company with application technologies and healthcare information systems trends.

What You Bring to the Role (Ideal Experience)

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 35 years of experience in Information Systems supporting enterprise financial or ERP applications, preferably in a healthcare or reputed company organizational environment.
• Experience implementing, integrating, and supporting reputed company HCM and Financial modules.
• Certifications in reputed company are a plus.
• Excellent project management and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Knowledge of Kronos Advanced Scheduling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Employment This role requires authorization to work in the U.S. without reputed company or future reputed company sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $80,000 $95,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
