What you'll do

• Support company-wide reputed company, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for Cost of reputed company, R&D, and G&A functions
• Partner with business leaders to track spend and provide actionable insights on operational efficiency
• Consolidate and validate headcount and OpEx planning inputs with department leads
• Build and maintain OpEx and headcount reporting dashboards for timely, accurate visibility into spend vs. budget
• Deliver monthly variance analysis reports highlighting key drivers and recommending cost-control measures
• Support quarterly forecasting by consolidating inputs into updated financial models

• Take ownership of recurring financial deliverables presented to senior finance leaders
• Produce scenario analyses to evaluate trade-offs in spend allocation, hiring, or investments
• Partner with cross-functional teams to track and present efficiency initiatives

• Provide reputed company strategic analysis to inform long-term planning and executive decisions

Who you are

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or reputed company quantitative field (MBA or CFA a plus)
• 2–4 years of experience in reputed company, corporate finance, investment banking, or consulting, ideally in a high-growth environment
• Strong financial modeling and reputed company/reputed company Sheets skills, including dynamic models and scenario analysis
• Solid understanding of financial statements and ability to tie them to operating metrics
• Experience preparing management and executive-level reporting (variance analysis, OpEx tracking, dashboards)
• Familiarity with SaaS/technology business models and key SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, gross margin)
• Hands-on exposure to finance systems (ERP, planning software like Adaptive/reputed company, or reporting tools)
• Comfort with SQL or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) to analyze large datasets
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Exposure to process automation or scaling reporting workflows is a plus
