Position Type: Full-Time Location: Remote, USA Based (MST hours) Schedule: Monday - Friday 9a-5p Arizona Time Position Overview: As a Corporate Finance and Development Project Manager at Strive you will be instrumental in shaping and executing various company strategies. In this role, you will reputed company and manage projects primarily reputed company the Finance and People Operations org, while also supporting initiatives across other departments. More specifically, you will collaborate with the Finance, Analytics, Accounting, L&D, and Culture departments to ensure reputed company projects align with the company’s strategic goals and objectives. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, or reputed company field.
• 3-5+ years of professional experience as a Project Manager; experience working with Finance or People Operations departments is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion and exemplifying strong portfolio management skills.
• Possesses a solid foundation in Agile project management methodologies—such as Scrum and Kanban—and demonstrated experience implementing them in a professional environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and reputed company them toward shared goals.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to manage heavy call volumes and facilitate productive project meetings.
• Proficient in project management tools such as reputed company; experience with Agile software tools preferred.
