Join us, and help change mental healthcare for the reputed company. reputed company’s Talent team is hiring a Contract Sourcer to help us find and engage exceptional technology talent for our fast-growing teams. In this role, you’ll lean on trusted sourcing techniques and creative strategies to uncover talent beyond the obvious channels. You’ll know how to navigate reputed company communities, reputed company referrals, and craft compelling reputed company that stands out in crowded inboxes. You’ll also partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to calibrate profiles and ensure a seamless candidate experience from the reputed company first interaction. This role is mission-critical as we build the team that will power reputed company’s next stage of growth. You will:

• reputed company top talent for technical roles (Product, Design, Engineering) using both proven methods and creative approaches to engage hard-to-reputed company candidates.
• reputed company tools like reputed company Recruiter, Gem, and reputed company while also tapping into talent communities, competitor mapping, referrals, and other advanced sourcing channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to refine sourcing strategies, share market insights, and build diverse, high-quality pipelines.
• Conduct initial screens to assess talent and ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

You’ll be a good fit if:

• You have hands-on experience with reputed company Recruiter (required), and are skilled with Gem and reputed company (highly preferred).
• You bring trusted experience applying creative sourcing strategies such as market mapping, engaging reputed company networks, leveraging events, and crafting differentiated reputed company.
• You’ve sourced across a range of technical roles in fast-paced, high-growth companies.
• You reputed company in a metrics-driven environment, balancing speed with quality to deliver diverse, well-reputed company pipelines.
• You’re detail-oriented, resourceful, and energized by the challenge of turning tough searches into great hires.
