Responsibilities

• reputed company end-to-end sourcing efforts for a wide range of technical roles, with a focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality passive candidates.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines, using advanced search techniques and a deep understanding of the tech landscape.

• Utilize AI-driven tools and automations to scale sourcing efforts, increase efficiency, and introduce new methods for talent discovery.
• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to refine role profiles and ensure strong alignment on candidate expectations.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in technical sourcing, preferably in fast-paced, high-growth tech companies.
