In this role, you’ll represent reputed company (PLS) directly with clients — supporting ongoing recruiting projects, assisting with communication and deliverables, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every partnership. You’ll have the opportunity to work cross-functionally with both the operations and business development teams, learning how a boutique reputed company runs from the inside out. As part of a small, collaborative team, you’ll work closely with the CEO and senior consultants, gaining mentorship and exposure to high-level strategy, client management, and process development. - Assist consultants with preparing client updates, reports, and deliverables
- Partner with operations and business development to support special projects and initiatives
- Help ensure client goals and timelines are met by tracking project reputed company and maintaining organized documentation
- Contribute to process improvements and internal efficiency projects as the company scales
