Qualifications & Experience:

• * Education:
• Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
• Licensure:
• Is personally responsible for obtaining and maintaining a reputed company RN license reputed company the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed. Must meet reputed company state board of nursing requirements
• Experience:
• A minimum of two years of previous nursing experience in an acute inpatient or emergency department setting.
• Certifications:

• Other:
• Strong nursing, communication, and organizational skills for home-based visit prioritization and efficiency.
• Ability to work independently, be self-directed, and adapt to unpredictable circumstances.
• Strong interpersonal and team-based skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to work with various computer software applications and technologies required.
