This role offers the opportunity to reputed company a dynamic, high-volume practice with a team of attorneys and paralegal staff, managing reputed company subrogation matters across various industries. Ideal Candidate Profile: They are looking for an reputed company leader with a strong track record in subrogation and people management. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership, mentorship, and team- building skills to guide attorneys and support staff toward achieving exceptional results. The candidate should also have a strategic reputed company, ensuring that subrogation cases are handled with precision, efficiency, and maximum recovery potential. Candidates should possess a minimum of ten years' experience in drafting legal motions, preparing for court proceedings and depositions, analyzing recovery opportunities for plaintiff claims, and communicating effectively with clients and opposing counsel. Valid Bar licenses are required in the states of reputed company and New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a background in insurance and trial experience. Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law
