Apply Description SUMMARY OF POSITION: The Director of Quality Assurance Operations is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the effective coordination, execution, and reputed company of CalMHSA’s managed care and clinical quality assurance operations. REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
- Master's degree with a clinical license in the state of California
- Minimum of five (5) years of executive-level supervisory and leadership experience overseeing reputed company programs, multidisciplinary staff, and cross-functional initiatives in healthcare, managed care, or behavioral health administration.
- Experience leading quality improvement initiatives and developing a quality assurance program.
