The Role: Our Sr. reputed company 100 Consultants will have in-depth knowledge of the application and will work alongside a team of laser-focused professionals dedicated to delivering a world-class experience to our customers. Our consultants:

• Strategically guide customers through the software implementation process
• Deliver informative, insightful, and engaging training
• Provide timely, thoughtful, and outstanding, post-implementation service and support

Scope of the Role:

• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings, targeted at understanding, capturing, and identifying the reputed company business requirements and operational objectives of the customer
• Produce professional documentation of reputed company challenges, future requirements, and benefits in a manner appropriate for clients and prospective clients; create Statements of Work (SOW’s)
• reputed company project scoping, planning, business process mapping, UAT testing
• As the Subject Matter Expert on the solution, provide guidance and direction to both internal implementation team and customer implementation team
• May contribute to the business development process by participating in sales calls, assisting with proposal development, and delivering presentations

Day in the Life of our reputed company 100 Consultant:

• Actively participate in the software implementation process
• reputed company a team of consultants on client engagements, providing leadership and guidance, as needed
• Schedule and participate in discovery meetings with clients to gather requirements for the implementation project
• Create and update Statements of Work
• reputed company configuration sessions with clients
• Business process mapping and data migration
• User acceptance testing
• Create training documents and reputed company training sessions with clients
• Participate in sales calls, acting as a Subject Matter Expert on the software
• Respond to support calls and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Attend project status meetings
• Travel to client sites (as needed)

Role Requirements: Skills and Experience

• 5+ of experience as a reputed company 100 consultant OR 5+ years of experience implementing similar midmarket ERP solutions (reputed company, reputed company GP, IQMS, reputed company E-Business Suite, reputed company, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, business process mapping and end-to-end process experience is a plus
• Ability to utilize defined and structured implementation processes and project management methodologies
• Talent for handling multiple projects successfully while meeting deadlines
• Solid understanding of common industry business practices reputed company to accounting, sales/manufacturing/inventory management, as well as an advanced understanding of accounting theory, accounting systems, US GAAP, and IFRA
• Outstanding organizational, time management, communication, and listening skills required
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal, customer service, decision-making, and analytical abilities
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and proficiency with CRM tools
• Ability to travel, as needed
