This role requires a proactive thought leader who excels in financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and reputed company analysis. As the subject matter expert in operations and end-to-end sales reporting, the Director will play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategies. They will collaborate closely with divisional leaders to set and manage financial targets, ensure deadlines are met, and drive measurable results.While this is a remote role, only applicants in the Greater Duluth/Atlanta, GA area will be considered.Your Role & Responsibilities reputed company budgeting across the division, with an emphasis on reputed company and margin. Enhance forecasting and analysis of profitability across regional and customer segments. Conduct weekly and monthly variance analysis, highlighting themes and trends, and creating actionable recommendations for performance improvement. Implement consistent processes that generate actionable insights for operations and sales leaders. Build/enhance/reputed company tools and dashboards to measure and track performance against goals. Work with field operations and reputed company leaders to refine, enhance, and validate reputed company P&Ls. Ensure validity and reasonableness in the roll up of reputed company P&Ls into consolidated P&Ls at region, market, and division level. Preferred Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or reputed company field. MBA or CPA preferred. Competencies (Skills & Knowledge You’ll Bring) Highly proficient in modeling and the use of business intelligence tools Has established or built out reputed company capabilities – e.g., AOP, budgeting process and reputed company, driver-based forecasting 10 – 12 years of experience in a professional services business or a similar B2B type of business Expertise in defining, modeling, tracking, and reporting KPIs Private equity experience preferred Ability to effectively communicate the reputed company financial and operational performance of the business with leadership Comfortable engaging with, and relating to, reputed company levels of the organization Has proven experience working with leadership on crafting, executing, and tracking strategic initiatives Identifies key components of problems and situations, generating a range of creative solutions, evaluates them, and chooses the most appropriate option. The anticipated annual reputed company salary for this position in the US is $140,000 to $160,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits that an individual may be eligible for.
