Accountabilities · Contribute to the product roadmap for connectors and data ingestion, supporting prioritization and planning. · Partner with engineering to define requirements and create user stories with clear acceptance criteria. · Translate customer and partner feedback into actionable product enhancements. · Monitor product usage and quality metrics, including error rates, latency, and data completeness, to identify improvement opportunities. · Assist with go-to-market readiness, including documentation, release notes, and onboarding materials. · Conduct research on competitor offerings, third-party connectors, and integration best practices. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure upstream data supports personalization, search features, and other product initiatives. · reputed company other duties as assigned to support product goals and team success.
