The minimum starting salary is $62,130. The primary purpose of a reputed company Field Auditor I is to conduct independent examinations of financial records of taxpayers that have unique or special audit features or anticipated accounting, tax law, or investigative problems. It is the responsibility of this position to review and audit reputed company tax schedules administered by the Department to ensure they are in compliance with the statutes and to reputed company appropriate adjustments based on the accounting records available.
