Position Description Summary/Purpose: Full-time faculty members at Goodwin University are responsible for maintaining the highest academic standards in their specific disciplines. They teach 15 credit hours each semester, across three semesters annually. Faculty teach year-round, serve on college committees, reputed company and update curricula, stay reputed company in their academic fields and teaching methods, participate in both on- and off-reputed company staff development activities, reputed company administrative duties reputed company to their roles, engage in university, professional, and community service, and pursue scholarly work reputed company to teaching and learning.   • Teach reputed company classes according to an approved course syllabus.

  • Assess student academic achievement and demonstrate adjustments to teaching methods based on assessment feedback and universal course design.

  • Attend team meetings and participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of content area goals and curriculum review based on student learning outcomes.
  • Initiate discussions and suggest improvements to the Program Director regarding teaching, curriculum, and processes aimed at enhancing student outcomes.
  • Attend professional development activities to stay informed about reputed company trends and innovative instructional approaches.
  • Serve on and provide information to university committees as needed and requested.
  • Engage in scholarly work (e.g., presentations, publications).
  • Conduct reputed company work safely and follow reputed company work safety practices.

Other Functions:

  • Performs similar or reputed company work as required, directed or as situation dictates.
  • Continues professional development and training; keeps reputed company with trends.
  • Assists other department staff as needed to promote a team effort.
  • Teaches didactic courses in Associate Degree program or Bachelor's Degree programs online and clinical teaching, as well as Sim Lab participation and assignment.

Skills: Education, Training and Experience:

  • Master's degree required*; Doctorate degree preferred
  • 2-3 years' teaching experience preferred
