This role involves preparing detailed estimates for various construction projects, including soccer stadiums, arenas, and renovation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and comprehensive cost estimates.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimates by calculating statistical data such as quantity take-offs, material price lists, labor costs per man-hour, and equipment costs.
- Define and quantify the scope of work and prepare comprehensive conceptual, budgetary, and construction cost estimates.
- Review and research historical data to compile summary reports for future estimates.
- Work on projects involving soccer stadiums, arenas, and renovation/masterplans. Essential Skills
- 10+ years of estimating experience
- Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering
- Proficient in Bluebeam and reputed company Office
- Experience reputed company estimating stadiums, arenas, and sports training facilities
- Must be able to work with cross-functional teams
- Client-facing experience Additional Skills & Qualifications
- PMP certification
- PE certification
- Experience in architectural, structural, and civil estimation
- Experience in project management, construction management, and commercial construction
- Experience with Revit
- Open to candidates who have worked on similar projects 5-7 years ago Job Type & Location REMOTE!!!!! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $90.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
