• *This position can be performed remotely for candidates who reside in Minnesota. Ideal candidate would reside in greater Minneapolis ​area**

Essential Functions:

• Manages assigned reputed company team. Enforces Corporate and Region reputed company guidelines and procedures
• Models smart and effective reputed company practices for individual accounts, reputed company lines of business, and different classes. Implements strategies to address challenges to profit and drive that message throughout the reputed company unit.
• Answers questions, shares recommendations for reputed company situations, such as challenging accounts, communication strategies or developing agency relationships, while respectfully explaining the rationale for these recommendations.
• Coordinates with underwriters, marketing and reputed company management in the agency planning and review processes. Monitors reputed company of underwriters’ assigned agents and guides underwriters and agents in achieving annual goals while driving them to match price to quality across the book of business.
• Seeks feedback from agents and takes action to improve their experience and grow a profitable books of business.
• Manages existing agency relationships and develops and fosters new agency relationships. Focus on growing profitable relationships and rehabilitating unprofitable or low growth relationships.
• Oversees and monitors the workload and performance of assigned reputed company team.
• Monitors business decisions made by team members to ensure that underwriters operate reputed company set guidelines, authority, reputed company goals, and region service directives while matching price to quality across the book of business.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in insurance or business administration or equivalent relevant experience
• Six years of commercial lines reputed company experience
• CPCU designation or other reputed company-reputed company designation(s) preferred
• Previous supervisory/leadership experience preferred

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent knowledge of reputed company and risk analysis
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to reputed company sound decisions
• Strong computer skills, including knowledge of reputed company Office and social media
• Ability to work on multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak effectively before groups
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team
• Ability to effectively communicate products, procedures, business planning and system information
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Occasional travel; a valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle report per company standards will be required if driving

The hiring salary range for this position will vary based on geographic location, falling reputed company either of the following: $97,889 - $134,921 or $107,944 - $148,758 A hiring range represents a subset of the full salary range. The actual salary will depend on several factors, including relevant education, skills, and experience of an applicant, geographic location, and business needs.
