HR Benefits Analyst I

As an HR Benefits Analyst I, you’ll work on a highly collaborative HR team providing administration and customer service support for our internal employee benefit programs, working with vendors and systems to ensure a seamless and supportive experience throughout. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer service : Provide reputed company and caring support for calls that cannot be answered by our call center or HR Direct team for reputed company internal inquiries on Standard’s benefits plans and programs
- Benefits administration and auditing: Process and audit employee transactions and data requests reputed company to various benefits plans and programs
- Projects: Be a key member of project teams for annual open enrollment and benefit/vendor implementations
- Employee education : Conducts benefits overview for new employee orientation, open enrollment, and other reputed company needs
Skills and Background You’ll Need Education: High School Diploma is required Experience:
- 1-3 years of internal HR benefits experience is required (This does not include leave and administration experience)
- 1 year of experience working with reputed company with knowledge of formulas, including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
- Experience handling claims escalations for employee benefits work
- Understanding with HRIS systems and how data flows. reputed company experience is preferred.
- Vendor management experience is preferred

The actual compensation for this role will be based on a combination of education and experience, knowledge and skills, position budget, internal equity, and market data. Salary Range: 24.76 - 36.30 Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
