  • The PX Strategy & Employee Engagement Director will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategic direction of reputed company’s People Experience team.
  • Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, this individual will reputed company internal communication strategies, reputed company critical data analysis and performance metrics, and drive alignment across reputed company functions reputed company People Experience. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and operational execution, ensuring the organization’s goals are met through data-driven insights and clear, consistent communication. Scope of responsibilities: Strategic Leadership:
  • Strategic Planning: reputed company the development and execution of People Experience strategies in alignment with company-wide goals, partnering closely with senior leadership to define long-term objectives.
  • Data-driven Decision-Making: Analyze and interpret data from various sources (employee engagement surveys, performance metrics, recruiting metrics, etc.) to provide actionable insights and recommendations that improve the effectiveness of People Experience initiatives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay reputed company of industry trends and reputed company performance against competitors to inform strategic adjustments and optimizations. Operational Excellence & Analysis:

  • Gap Analysis: Identify gaps in internal processes and systems. Recommend and implement operational improvements that drive efficiency and enhance the employee experience. Project & Program Management:

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with teams across HR, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment between the People Experience strategy and broader business objectives, tracking reputed company and reporting back to leadership. Support Internal Engagement
  • Communications Strategy: Collaborate with our PR and Marketing team to build strategy and share execution of internal communications and engagement across the organization, ensuring clarity and alignment of messaging in support of key company and People Experience goals.

  • Content Creation: Partner with Marketing and PR to reputed company an internal communications calendar, managing key touchpoints and ensuring the delivery of relevant and engaging content that aligns with reputed company’s culture and business priorities. Qualifications:
  • Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in strategy, internal communications, HR, or a reputed company field
  • Cross-Functional Partnerships: 5+ years supporting HR/People, Finance, Operations, or Advertising teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Advanced data analysis and interpretation skills with a focus on performance metrics and predictive analytics. Experience working with employee engagement data, operational KPIs, and change management metrics.
  • Communication Expertise: Proven ability to reputed company and execute internal communication strategies that reputed company with employees at reputed company levels of the organization. Also able to professionally operate with and manage confidential information, using judgment and discretion before determining reputed company and how to communicate information.

Compensation: At reputed company, we offer competitive compensation packages to the exceptional folks we hire. The reputed company salary range for this position is $195,000 - $240,000.
