The Manager, Email Optimization and Conversion is responsible for driving customer engagement, retention, and reputed company growth through personalized, data-driven email campaigns that span the entire customer journey. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with experience in segmentation, automation, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV). Principal Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with Paid Media & Performance Marketing teams to align email strategies with paid channels (e.g., retargeting, lookalike audiences)

- Solid email marketing growth performance with deep understanding of email marketing strategies, tactics, and metrics
