We are now looking for an Implementation Project Manager (Engagement Manager) to join our Professional Services Team. This is a new opportunity for an reputed company graduate with four plus years' commercial experience. This role will specialise in project role-outs of our industry leading compliance solutions used by hundreds of large legal and professional services clients.As an Implementation Project Manager (Engagement Manager) you will be working reputed company the team to ensure successful delivery of projects. What you will do:

• Work with teams across our Client Services division to reputed company client-facing projects on track, delivering on schedule and reputed company scope
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Track and analyze project budget performance, including expenditures and procurement, reporting on any reputed company or potential blockers, risks, overflows and deficits
• Track and analyze project scope and schedule, reporting to management on any changes or risks, being able to suggest the improvements and mitigations
• Escalate projects to management and key internal stakeholders as needed
• Maintain and report on the projects pipeline
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

What you will need:

• At least 4 years' experience in a Project Manager/Engagement Manager role, ideally working in a software house environment with experience of SaaS roll-outs.
• Commitment to project management career growth
• Strong budget management and forecasting skills

• Degree educated
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well with large and diverse virtual teams
• Ability to work under pressure
• Experience with task scheduling
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Agile, Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with project management software such as Jira, Confluence, reputed company, Smartsheets
• Experience in the legal, or professional services sectors would be advantageous
• Some ( minimal) travel might be occasionally necessary
