Product Insights Analyst

Summary

We are seeking a curious and detail-oriented Product Data Analyst to join our Product organization. In this role, you will turn raw data into meaningful insight—fueling decisions that improve the health and performance of our products and experiences. Your analyses will support cross-functional product strategy, innovation, and optimization for both our clinical/lab test products and our customer experience (CX) solutions. This role is ideal for someone passionate about identifying patterns, visualizing trends, and enabling data-driven decisions. You’ll work closely with product leaders, product designers, and other stakeholders to design and define key metrics and ensure we’re delivering measurable value to customers. • Partner with product teams to identify and define key measures of value for our products overall, as well as OKRs and specific metrics for development programs and projects.
• Use skills in data modeling, analysis, and visualization to directly support data driven decision making reputed company core product areas.
• Analyze patterns in areas such as product/feature adoption, customer behavior, and retention to uncover improvement and optimization opportunities.

Education, Experience, and Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or business intelligence.
