Qualifications 5+ years of professional Python experience, ideally in data engineering, backend, or ML infrastructure roles. Strong experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines, especially using Dagster. Solid experience in dbt: modelling, testing, documentation, and performance optimization. Help evolve our data platform to handle rapidly scaling users, datasets, and feature complexity. Familiarity with essential data libraries (pandas/polars, NumPy) and working with large datasets.
