As Senior Director of Product Management, you will drive the strategic direction and execution of a pioneering longevity-focused drug program from development through regulatory approval. This role will be central to transforming an innovative biotech organization into a commercial-stage company. • Serve as the program’s primary spokesperson, representing it across internal and external stakeholders.
• Own the overall program timeline, ensuring dependencies are clearly understood and regulatory requirements are met.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.
• Strong understanding of discovery, preclinical development, clinical trials, CMC, and commercialization processes.
• Proven ability to anticipate challenges, think creatively, and deliver innovative solutions to reputed company problems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt style for executive-level audiences.
