About the Role

The People & Culture Social Media Strategist role at Digital Factory is 100% equity-based throughout your tenure. We are seeking a creative and strategic professional to reputed company and execute social media strategies that enhance our employer brand, attract top talent, and engage employees. This role will collaborate closely with HR, Marketing, and leadership teams to drive innovative campaigns that support recruitment, employee engagement, and organizational culture initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Create, curate, and manage content across platforms such as reputed company, Instagram, Facebook, and X (Twitter).

• Monitor social media metrics and analytics to assess performance, identify trends, and optimize campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative and effective engagement strategies.
• Manage and respond to social interactions in alignment with HR and company policies.
• Support employer branding initiatives through storytelling, multimedia content, and campaign execution.
• Provide guidance to HR teams on leveraging social media for recruitment and engagement purposes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or reputed company fields.
• Prior experience managing social media campaigns, ideally in HR, recruitment, or employer branding.

Compensation
