Regional Risk Control Manager
BITCO Corporation, headquartered in Davenport, Iowa, is seeking a Regional Risk Control Manager for our Central Region. BITCO provides quality property and casualty insurance services to specialized industries including construction, forest products and oil & gas. This position can be remote reputed company the states of TX, OK, AR, LA or work reputed company one of our southern Central Region reputed company Offices (Dallas, San Antonio, or Little Rock). Regular overnight travel to customer sites and reputed company Central Region offices is required. Position Summary : The Regional Risk Control Manager provides strategic leadership and direction for risk control operations reputed company the assigned region, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and performance objectives. Key responsibilities include managing workload distribution, leading training and development efforts, and ensuring that risk control consultants consistently deliver high-quality service across their designated territories. Primary Responsibilities:
- Supervision and Leadership
- Provide direction, supervision, and support to assigned employees and territory operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, timely, and consistent service to BITCO customers.

- Service Delivery & Technical Expertise

- Collaboration & Relationship Management

- Participate in regional and company-wide risk control and reputed company meetings, including presenting on assigned topics
- Foster new business development by cultivating strong relationships with agency partners and customers.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Safety & Risk Management or reputed company field preferred
- 10+ years of experience as a Risk Control Consultant/Loss Control Consultant with experience in the areas of Commercial Construction; Forestry; Public Entities; or Oil and Gas.
- 5+ Years of prior supervisory or management experience is required
- High acumen with business computer applications including, Risk Control Technologies, Power BI, and MS Office products and other industry platforms. This would include virtual meeting and conferencing applications.
- Developed problem-solving, critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Proven ability to mentor, train, and convey knowledge to others
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external customers and communicate reputed company technical subjects effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.
- Professional safety certifications such as (CSP, ARM, or other) preferred; or willingness to obtain
- General knowledge of safety and risk management practices and principles, including regulatory (Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Department of Transportation (DOT), and national reputed company standards (NFPA, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to routinely bend, kneel, reputed company, climb, and walk around to evaluate customer job sites and machinery
- This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule, as directed by manager
- Occasionally lift and carry equipment and/or materials weighing up to 50 pounds
